How do I access My LINC data within Business Objects?
Resolution
You can access My LINC data within Business Objects.
- Users must submit an OARS request (see Submit OARS Access Request for full information) and ask for the role MyLinc Data - BO (MLNC):
- This role will be approved by the HR security analysts
Users can build their own custom reports or use one of the four pre-built reports that come with the access.
- User Training by Activity
- User Training by Activity and Department
- User Training by Department
- User Training by Uniqname
Additional Information
The navigation in Business Objects to the My LINC folder is: Public Folders > UM Maintained > Human Resources > My LINC
