Canvas New Analytics Stuck in "Course data is being processed. Please come back in 24 hours"

Issue

Accessing Canvas New Analytics results in a "Course data is being processed. Please come back in 24 hours." message that persists beyond 24 hours.

Resolution

Having start and end dates that predate the current date, even if the options to restrict students from viewing the course are unchecked, have been known to cause an issue with New Analytics. 

• Check course settings to see if course override dates have been applied to the course (Settings > Course Details tab)
  • If the course is active in the current term and these settings include start and end dates that predate the current date, remove the dates.
