Wolverine Access Unavailable

Environment

Wolverine Access Gateway applications (Human Resources, Student Business, Financials, My LINC, Document Imaging, Concur, eResearch, Access & Compliance, U-M Data Warehouse)

Issue

When trying to access one of the above systems at certain times of day, the following error appears:

"System Unavailable
The System is currently unavailable for one of the following reasons:

                       Student Business is unavailable during these windows (all times Eastern):

                       4–6 a.m Monday–Friday

                       11 p.m. Saturday–7:30 a.m. Sunday

  • You do not have access to the functionality you have requested.
  • The system is experiencing technical difficulties. Check ITS Service Status for up-to-date system status information."  

Resolution

Applications that link through Wolverine Access have daily down times for routine system maintenance.

  • The specific schedule depends on the system being accessed.
  • To view the system availability by system, click the Hours of Operation link at the bottom of the Wolverine Access Gateway page, or access the page directly here: https://its.umich.edu/help/wolverine-access-hours
  • If the system should be available per the hours of operation listed above and you are still unable to access it, you may not have access to the specific system or there may be a technical problem.

Note that these hours are Eastern time zone.
