How to add audio into a PowerPoint presentation.

Resolution

Follow these steps to insert audio from your PC into PowerPoint:

1. Select Insert > Audio.
2. Select Audio on My PC.
3. In the Insert Audio dialog box, select the audio file you want to add.
4. Select Insert.

After following these steps, a small speaker icon should appear, indicating that the audio file has been inserted successfully.
